Deep Creek is a beautiful PGI (Punta Gorda Isles) community in Punta Gorda, Florida 33983 situated near Harbour Heights and the Peace River with quick easy access to route 75 via exit 167 and exit 170. Located half way between Sarasota and Fort Myers, FL. No age restrictions, wonderful golf course, close to public boat ramps. There are approximately 4,000 homes in Deep Creek. Vacant lots are still available to build on including golf course and fresh water views. There is something for everyone, single family homes, condos, villas, townhomes, 2 gated communities and assisted living. Deep Creek has it's own elementary school and several churches. Deep Creek has two sections, section 20 and 23 each with it's own property owners association, board of directors, and deed restrictions. It's a great community to raise a family or retire in style. My husband and I have lived in Deep Creek for over 6 years and love it.
