I was born and raised in Hamilton, Massachusetts, a small town with equestrian heritage located on the north shore (near Ipswich/Essex/Gloucester/Salem).  Hamilton is also known for it's most famous resident, General George S. Patton.

 

Growing up, I actively participated in Cheval Figure Skating Club, Chebacco Lake Water Ski Club and local equestrian events.  I also enjoyed snow skiing during the winter months, playing golf and attending polo events during the summer months.  I was an art enthusiast during my high-school years, winning the Boston Globe Scholastic Art Award, the most prominent prize, the Gold Key, presented by the Governor of Massachusetts.  I was influenced by my parent's business background and utilized my life experience by majoring in Accounting at North Shore Community College in Danvers, MA and Finance at Salem State College, Salem, MA.

 

I married my husband Gary, also from Hamilton, MA, during the summer of 1992.  We began visting Charlotte County Florida in the early 90's as a vacation get-away, staying with family in Deep Creek.  We loved the area so much that we decided to purchase a home in July 2002.

 

Prior to relocating to beautiful Southwest Florida on a full-time basis in 2003, I was the Controller of Bradford & Bigelow, Inc. a printer supplying soft-bound books to the educational market and ballots to the City of New York and The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  A career change was due after 20+ years in accounting.  I decided to utilize my business knowledge, accounting and people skills to pursue a career in real estate.
